Trucking Association 2020 Fall Conference and Family Festival

Friday was Nebraska Trucking Association’s 2020 Fall Conference and Family Festival. Several events were held throughout the day and evening. Grand Island Express was a Gold Sponsor for the event and was recognized several times during the awards portion. We are pleased to announce that Grand Island Express received the Safety Award for outstanding achievement in highway safety and FORTY-ONE drivers received the Presidents Safe Driver Club Award! Congratulations to all of you! Keep up the safe miles. We also had two drivers that were finalists for the Driver of the Year Award, Noah and Troy, we are proud of you! We were also honored to have the Technician of the Year Award presented to Joe Burson! Well done Joe, we appreciate all your hard work. Randy Kunze was a finalist for Maintenance Supervisor of the Year. Congratulations Randy! We are thankful for your hard work! Lucas Mowrey was a finalist for Safety Director of the Year! Congratulations Lucas! Your dedication to the Safety program does not go unnoticed. Finally, Deen Albert our Director of Operations received the Professional of the Year Award.
